    I write as regards to my dissatisfaction in your services and the inconveniences on the customers thereof. I made a mobile money transfer two weeks ago to a first bank account and I have been to a branch three consecutive times and I also filled a form to that effect of which I was asked to wait for 7 working days but till today the bank has refused to revert my money. I’m not happy with the inconveniences and the way and manner you talk to customers. Some of us are very busy and don’t have all the time to stay in your bank for issues that you inconvenience customers with rather you act rudely to customers. If I don’t get any response I will write to the manager of Fcmb Sabo branch and thereafter if nothing is done to revert my money I will file an action in court against your bank. Thank you
