How to Start Using Dropbox
1. Visit Dropbox.com to create an Account
First, visit https://www.dropbox.com/register. This will take you to the registration page. If you already have an existing account, just move on to step 3 of this tutorial.
2. Complete the Form Correctly
Fill out your full name in the account opening form, enter your password and check the box next to Dropbox terms (In essence, Agree to the terms) and click “Create an account”. 3. Sign in to your account
If you are not on the Dropbox website already, go to https://www.dropbox.com/home. that’s the link to Dropbox sign in page. Login with your correct credentials or you can choose to sign in with Google through the blue button above the form.
Uploading Your Files
Once have successfully logged in to your Dropbox account, Click “Upload Files” button at the top-right corner of the dashboard. Locate and choose the files you want to store securely on Dropbox.

Before you share your files on, you must have uploaded the files to your Dropbox account.
- Move your cursor on the file and click on “Share”
- Enter the email of the recipient into the provided box
- Type your message in the box
- Click the Share Button
